How Are you a porn addicted salesmen or entrapraneur?
I started to formally fight this beast in
January 1999 and over the next 20 years. At the time, the experts
followed the Disease Model of addiction, utilizing tools such as the
12-step model, but it never worked for me and I'm guessing if you're
reading this, it's not working for you. So, what did work for me?
Mindfulness is the opposite of addiction.
Mindfulness is learning about why we make certain choices and then
making different ones. It is about taking control of your whole self -
physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually. Mindfulness is
power and that is how I finally ended my addiction for good and it's how
I teach other men to end theirs.
